Investigating unrestrained self-confidence of the President of Belarus Lukashenko A.G. on the international political arena, Check Point Agency has encountered an article of UFA agency published in a day of overlapping gas and oil pipelines to Europe by Lukashenko A.G. Making a start from the given note of this agency about access of the President of Belarus to the button of «matter annihilator», we have encountered the description  how does «matter annihilator» work in articles and in the novel «In time web» which author is Kikilyk P. I., We had to start from researching of creativity of the author of the novel to find primary sources of such self-confidence of Lukashenko A.G. From authentic sources we learned some details about the author of the novel-epopee «In time web» which in our opinion will be interesting to power holders …

It has appeared that Kikilyk Peter Ivanovich is the author of some scientific articles and books. Articles basically concern both humans and a whole planet’s information and power safety. In many articles Kikilyk attaches special significance to the woman, speaking about it not as about a person, but as about the nature which reproduces itself and gives birth to people, as a “seed addition” to the woman. Paying so steadfast attention to the woman as to the nature, it focuses attention of a society on the fact that the woman, mother is sacred for each child; irrespective of its age and that the woman and mother will not start war or bring a family economy to ruins, keeping in mind that she is a mother. Singing praises to the woman during his performances, he allocates her with raised intuition, mind, a responsibility increased feeling for descendants and people. At last, he foretells that only a woman will head the world government and only a woman can deduce a society from a world economic crisis. He also hints carefully that the world government will be headed by the woman of white race and a Slavic origin.

Analyzing performances in mass-media, in front of students, the fourth, fifth and sixth books of Kikilyk which are partly published in the Internet, we have made the conclusion that they are mostly devoted to information-power safety and to the prediction of development of a planet’s society. Casually he devotes the attention to the world council of priests consisting of representatives of the richest families of a planet, representatives of Jews, Orthodoxy, Catholics, and other Christians who have taken hold of a psychological code of mankind development which have actually resulted a planet society in deadlock. As the author narrates in his books, roots of these Christians last far before Jesus Christ occurrence as they have made all for a distance of people of a planet from the true Creator, having changed Him with His son Jesus with this myth. Thereby, they took away belief in the Creator from people of a planet, keeping them away from Him. The author tells that if suppression of will, mentality and power of people of the Planet from outside priests and Christianity will not stop in nearest 30-50 years, the planet can blow up from within. A saved negative energy of people both died, and still living will be an energy of the explosion. As the author confirms, each person radiates millions kinds of such energies as energy of love, hatred, sex, harm, envy, patience, humility, a repentance and so on which soar in circumterraneous space, in water and in earth bowels. Energy of dead people concentrates in space close to «the Black hole».

As we know from the closed sources all statements of Kikilyk, are supported by scientific researches made by scientific laboratories of Special political Service of the Secretary General of the Central Committee of the CPSU throughout more than 70 years. In the footsteps of scientists of Special service there are scientists of Tavistoksky institute of human relations (England) and Stenfordsky fund of change of the person’s image (USA). Besides, scientists of laboratories of Special service, as well as scientists of Tavistoksky institute and Stenfordsky fund researched UFO; on their base they have created the devices, basically directed on suppression of a manpower and technics of prospective opponents. But comparing with what scientific Special services of the former USSR have invented, these devices are anything.

Scientists of Special services of the former USSR already use the energy radiated by mankind, magnetic and gravitational weeding planets, concentration of high percent of oxygen and space vacuum in a complex. As Kikilyk confirms in his books and articles, there is no stronger energy, than energy of space vacuum and the living person in the Universe. There is more energy in one cubic centimeter of space vacuum than in all nuclear and hydrogen bombs saved up on a planet nowadays. From the maintenance of the novel-epopee, various scientific articles of Kikilyk in the Internet and from the conclusions on the novel of leading scientists of Russia, Belarus, the USA, Canada, Germany, France, Japan closed for ears and eyes of the people and the power holders, it is possible to assume that the author of the novel participated in scientific tests and the experiments made by Special service, and has a direct connection with it.

The small note of the author which has been placed on one American site three days before the hurricane Katrina became a sign. Less than half-page note has predicted the hurricane Katrina and the subsequent hurricanes in the note the author has hinted carefully that hurricanes are provoked by the person and, in particular by the Special political service created in the thirties by I. Stalin. Hurricanes have strongly startled D. Bush's administration. As a result relations between the USA and Russia have sharply become warmer. The date of warming coincides with hurricane Katrina date. It makes impression that if there would not be hurricanes, there would not be warming with the USA. Besides, D.Bush and its administration have restrained an ardour on dictatorship of the desires to other countries after articles and books of Kikilyk. The especial urgency was caused by last article of agencies UFA intertwining with Kikilyk statements which have coincided with a day of overlapping by the President of Byelorussia Lukashenko A.G. Europe gas and oil cranes. The international conflict has inflamed. Hotheads suggested entering armies into Belarus. And when they have read half-page article of UFA agency in which there was a speech about «matter annihilator» with which it is possible to destroy the whole continents, they have cooled down a little. And when they have learnt that access to the specified button is also available for the President of Belarus Lukashenko, their heads probably became absolutely cool and as result got frozen for a long time. Then, as everybody remembers, the conflict has been hushed up quickly. All indignations of Russian government and western countries have stopped like by magic wand wave. Even D.Bush has lowered his fury concerning Belarus. And from Russia Lukashenko A.G. has achieved improbable privileges in pricing for gas and oil for Belarus.

But to our surprise in JUFA agency note there is a surname of Kikilyk and everything connected with the novel «In time web» and its author is being hushed up. Like there is no Kikilyk himself, or his scientific articles and the novel. These events insistently push us on thought about existence of the weapon of 4th millennium in the former USSR about which writes Kikilyk and, most likely, to which A.G.Lukashenko has access once again. The facts testify to it. We cannot unequivocally confirm correctness of the novel and scientific articles of Kikilyk, but his open and cynical performances in Ukraine which absolutely confused everyone. Anyway, you have to believe in his statements as only the person having something special behind him can throw down an open challenge to presidents of Ukraine and Russia. We can say that he has strong backs as he is not afraid to presume non diplomatic attacks against the first persons having an absolute power in their states. For example, Kikilyk named Yushchenko an alcoholic and the agent of CIA, has accused him that he persuaded the president of Georgia «to unite and to oppose Russia as «a one fist» and «cut out» the South of Russia, to divide it among themselves later» during on the air television session in one of cities of Ukraine. Who from mere mortals or oligarchs of Ukraine or Russia can allow himself something like this? The answer is unequivocal – nobody! Only Berezovsky who was not in time to «bark» against the power holders of Russia, and run away to hide behind high fences of the English authorities can be mentioned. And Kikilyk has let himself such a liberty and freely drives about across Russia and Ukraine. He acts everywhere he likes.

In his performances Kikilyk always refers to generalization of proceedings of Chizhevsky, Bekhterev, Tesla, Messinga, Mirkelja, Neumann and others. As Kikilyk confirms, so-called «matter annihilator» was created on the basis of their theories. He tells details of a principle of its action. It comes out from his words that «annihilator» makes concentration of the energy of people living on a planet, the space vacuum, and raised concentration of oxygen, magnetic fields of a planet and gravitation reduction. It is possible to destroy not only manpower and technics, but also the whole continents with this concentration. From performances of Kikilyk it is possible to draw a conclusion that the tests made by N.Tesla in 1908  (a «Tungus meteorite ») are only florets in comparison with what scientific Special services of the USSR have invented on the basis of doctrines of these scientists.

Kikilyk allows too much to himself that proves that he rally has forces which "apply" and already have the real power on a planet, like he says in one of his articles, behind him once again. Probably these forces have really ripened. They have that button to which the President of Belarus A.G.Lukashenko «has access» in the arsenal. And why Lukashenko is silent concerning that "saving" article of agency UFA published in a day of overlapping of cranes to Europe? There is no answer. Maybe, its unrestrained self-confidence on the international political arena is caused by the access to the button of «annihilator»?

The question is: having access to the secret button, will Lukashenko force on Obama and President of the Russian Federation Medvedev to love Belarus and all planet as their countries? All these accidents and  facts of the instant disappearance of Kikilyk articles from the Internet push us on thought that Kikilyk tells the truth about the real weapon which is controlled by power, which is «as a hidden spider waiting for an opportunity» as professor Nekrasov wrote, in his novel and articles. It is possible to draw a conclusion that today nuclear, hydrogen bombs or rocket complexes «Antej 2500» or American «challengers», etc. are not so terrifying. The most terrible thing, even if it is a fiction, is that the button of «matter annihilator» is not controlled by the Russian Government; it is controlled by some special political Service created by Stalin on December, 11th, 1929, which is in a deep underground now, as statements of Kikilyk tell.

There are also a lot of ambiguities in the biography of Kikilyk that pushes on conjectures too.  As appears from it, «… P.I.Kikilyk was born in Ukraine. He has begun an independent life since fourteen years. Has ended professional school, then low and economic institutes …». In short, and we believe, in strongly reduced biography, is said that he «worked in public authorities for a long time …». It is possible to guess what are these public authorities after reading at least one of his books, as it is written in biographies that his «… active political life, the mass support of the population have caused fear at a management of Ukraine, have compelled him to leave Ukraine …». We authentically know, that exactly Kikilyk P. I was the initiator of the creation of "Ruh" in Ukraine directed on support of changes made in statehood and in a political situation of the former USSR. It is also known that on his initiative mass meetings on which he acted as “apart man” were hold in Ukraine. We are sure in fact that in Khmelnitskiy area on mass meeting Kikilyk P. I. was put forward as the candidate to the Supreme body of Ukraine on Khmelnitskiy election district #404. But in a consequence at the initiative of Kravchuk, the secretary of Central Committee KPU Kikilyk was "interned" from Ukraine.

After reading books of Kikilyk, it is possible to guess, why Kravchuk acted this way. Probably, it is so because of the fact that Kravchuk sounds as "Krapchuk" in the novel of Kikilyk, and he is the son of the agent of Gestapo. Probably, "Krapchuk" was afraid of disclosure of the data known by Kikilyk what could strongly damp his reputation in a struggle for a presidential post of Ukraine. Another variant is possible. Kravchuk as a skilled official from the CPSU understood, that Kikilyk, as an active politician at that time, could really become a competitor in struggle for a post of the President of Ukraine. And again tricks of Kikilyk are not clear. He has refused beggarly Russian pension in favor of the government, the president of Russia and political party "United Russia". Without being afraid of prosecutions of political "bosses", he kindly names this party, leading Russia to nowhere, «We eat Russia». From these it can be said that Kikilyk is a political heavyweight who doesn’t care about the personal blessing, unlike others, and carries out, without understanding, a role of harmonisator of the international relations for the purpose of preservation of the Earth.
